The Most Content Goats On The Kitsap Penninsula
Our hillside family farm is located in north end Kitsap County, Washington. We used to live near Mount Hood Oregon at Goat Mountain View Farm and our ADGA herd still carries that herdname. We left the business side of our farm back in Oregon. I now spend my days homeschooling our children. Very rarely, we have goat kids for adoption as we do breed for the milk (I'm allergic to cow's milk). We are no longer breeding rabbits and sold our rabbit herd some time ago. I keep getting inquiries about rabbits from folks who heard about us back when we lived in Oregon. I'm so sorry to disappoint folks but there are no more rabbits nor equipment for sale.
Our Herd
We keep a small herd of just 4 goats.
They have 5 acres to graze under the protection of our Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dog.
I started the herd in 2004. The goats I retained when we downsized the herd to move to Washington, are the best of the best.
I am a former veterinary technician and animal shelter employee, now retired so I can spend my days at home teaching my children.
The goats are an important part of our homeschool experience.
I'm sorry but we do not show our goats nor allow visitors onto our farm for biosecurity reasons.
